COST

For any first timer to the class the first class is free to check out and see if you like it. Bring a friend = additional class free. All other classes are $10 per class via 3 class ($30) or 5 class ($50) or 10 class ($100) prepay punch cards (aka punched card only on the days you come)

ATTIRE

No gi or uniform required. Just come in comfortable workout attire.
